A customer called Private Detective Bradford as she was
worried that her home was being bugged.
She claimed her ex-boyfriend had lived with her in the 2 bedroom flat
for about 18 months was now behaving strangely towards her. He seemed to know a
lot about her and her conversations with her friends and family. She had
finished the relationship because he was becoming very possessive with her and
was trying to control her more and more. She finished the relationship over 4
months ago but he would not leave her alone and had tried to ruin her new
relationship.

We advised her that we could sweep her flat to find any bugs
or recording devices and remove them. We told her that we would be sending 2
agents to her home one would be checking for physical bugs and the other would
be checking her telephone and computer. She was delighted and sounded much
calmer by the time we had got off the telephone to her.

We were able to fit her in the next day and she was able to
take a day off work to be there. Our specialist agents arrived at the
designated time and began work immediately. The first items found were covert
cameras and they were found in the living room, bathroom and her bedroom. The
cameras had audio as well as visual so her boyfriend would have been able to
hear everything that she said as well as see her. The computer had some software
on it that could read all her emails and record all her activities. The
telephone had also been bugged with similar software.

At first she was
shocked and then horrified but once it had all been removed and dismantled she
felt relief. It was taking some time for the full extent of what he had been
doing to her to sink in. Our agents comforted her as much as possible and
waited for her friend to arrive before they left.

Our client is a mother of a daughter who is only 15 years old
but wants a sex change and she is very supportive of that fact. However having
that much change to your body is very expensive and her daughter does not work and
has no allowance from her parents and yet she has the entire money ready for
her surgery. The client wants to know how her daughter received that amount of
money and if she uses it will there be consequences.

Private Detective Bradford decided that the best way to find
out on how the target got the money would be to carry out a polygraph test if
the target is willing.  We asked the
client to put together some questions and asked the target these questions in
the test.

The test was carried out and the results were the money was
hers she did earn it, however not in the way 15yrs olds should earn money by
dealing drugs and being a prostitute whilst the drug business picked up.

Private Detective Bradford had a call from a solicitor. He
was desperate to find the benefactor of the will of a very wealthy client of
his. He had the name and address and several telephone numbers but no luck in tracing him. He wanted us to track him down so he could give him the news that his
great uncle, and only living relative had passed away.

We had the target’s name, address and date of birth to go
on. The address we have been given was not that of the target and the new
tenants had no idea where our targets had gone that could tell us that he was
married and had two small children.  We started by searching all databases and electoral register etc. We decided to keep our search to within the local area as the two children had started at the local school. We paid school visit in the hope that they would be able to give you some information to the whereabouts of our target. Unfortunately due to the data protection act they were unable to tell us where the children were going
to school now, however they did say it was still local.

This is fantastic as it narrowed down our search. We knew
what our targets did for a living and so we searched the phone book and
internet for the target and his wife. We at Private Detective Bradford were
very lucky to come across the same name and we phoned the company. It was our
target and he was very sad to hear of his great uncle’s death and very
surprised to learn that he had been left a great deal of money. The reason we
have not been able to locate him was just through lack of time to change your
details on the electoral register.
