The only way to access the garden was by means of the residence. Our client was the only person with a crucial apart from her subsequent door neighbour who was just as baffled.
We discussed a couple of solutions to our client and she went with the thought of a covert camera pointing into the garden. When we could see a pattern with the days of theft we would send a couple of operatives in to question the thief. Our client stated that they only took expensive items and she said that she was having trouble with claiming on her insurance as they didn't think her.
We decided to put the camera in for 3 weeks to give us the very best achievable likelihood of catching the theft. When we had the recordings back from the lab we had been surprised to see that it was the subsequent door neighbour’s boyfriend. He would look out of the bedroom window when both his girlfriend and our client had gone to perform. If there was anything worth taking he would let himself within the front door and go by way of towards the back to get his booty. He had never been discovered ahead of since almost all of the occupants within the street were at perform when he went to the neighbour’s home. Also he was a handy man so any individual seeing him go in would assume he was performing some work for our client.
